(repeat the sounding joy)

holy smokes,

the malls are crazy, the streets are packed with snow, lights cover every space, and despite the insanity that comes with Christmas, everyone is full of cheer. Almost everyone.

If you've worked in retail, or with people ever, then you know that customers, shoppers, and disgruntled complainers do not hide their whining around the Christmas season, which includes weeks prior, during, and immediately after all the way up until January 2nd. Unless you are a hermit it would be ahrd for you to escape the commercialism of the holidays. Even if it's not Christmas celebrated, there is still incredible hype in the month of December.

And I love it. I love it a lot.

There's snow on the ground! This year the snow came early, and although it's cold and wet and gross, it comes along in the package deal of Christmas. If December comes without snow its a feat, its a sad Christmas, its like pizza without cheese, its like cake without icing, and it is not Christmas unless the snow tops it all off.

So there's the snow, there's the crazy shoppers, and there's also the infamous tv specials. The music is impossible to erase from memory, the claymation it terrifying, and morals that resound through generations. Rudolph, Santa Claus, Charlie Brown are all classics that, if missed, can ruin Christmas.

So it has been brief, and it has been vague, and it has been a tad early, so stay tuned for further Christmas cheer, however, for the time being, take care and merry christmas.

(:
